My 2013 started on a high note.

Steve Prue took these fantastic photos for us at Speakeasy Dollhouse last night, when our special guests were none other than Neil Gaiman and Amanda Palmer. Veronica Varlow, Stoya, Penny Red, Yao Xiao, Molly Crabapple, Chelsea G Summers and Kat Mon Dieu were also in attendance.

On his way out, Neil commented to me that if a bomb went off there, so would half the culture in New York. He was not wrong.

Speakeasy is taking a break for the month of July, but we’ve just received some lovely media writeups and it seems that there are more forthcoming. I’m not at liberty to divulge everything happening for Speakeasy right now. Keep an eye on us! And send thanks and accolades to Cynthia Von Buhler for creating such a wonderful little world!
